The consultation fee is stated on the website as being redeemable against a larger NatuDecor project if you choose to proceed within the specified redemption period.

NatuDecor is not responsible for problems arising solely from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the client.

Where accurate measurements or technical assessments are required, you may need to engage an appropriately qualified professional.

10. Plants and Natural Materials

Plants and natural materials are living or naturally variable products and may differ from photographs, examples or previous projects.

Plant appearance, growth and health can be affected by factors including:

Humidity

Pests or disease
Other environmental conditions

NatuDecor can provide styling and selection recommendations but does not guarantee the long-term health or growth of plants where maintenance or environmental conditions are outside our control.

14. Portfolio and Photography

NatuDecor may wish to photograph completed projects and use photographs for its portfolio, website, social media or marketing purposes.

We will only use identifiable images of your private property or other personally identifiable information for marketing purposes where appropriate permission has been obtained.

If you do not want your project photographed or used for promotional purposes, please let us know.
